Things to consider

Booking & Walk ins

Booking is required and essential. We rarely accept walk ins, we wouldn’t want you to be disappointed if you arrive and the class has been cancelled or is full. Please book using the link below to secure your spot.

What we provide

We provide mats, blocks, straps, pillows and bolsters. Everything you need to practise! However if you would like to bring your own mat or props you can definitely do so.

What to bring

We recommend to bring water, extra layers as you may get cold during the more restorative classes and yourself!

Phones in Class

For the respect of others, the teacher and yourself, please turn the phone off during class or leave it outside the room on silent!

Class Cancellations

You are able to cancel your yoga class or rearrange the time through your online account up until 24 hours before the class starts. After that, unfortunately, you will not receive a refund or be able to change the class time.

On the rare occasion we have to cancel a class due to a problem with the teacher we will try to tell you as soon as possible and you will receive a full refund or extra credit.

On the rare occasion that we receive one booking for a class, we would need to cancel the class and will let you know 24 hours in advance to class starting.

Arrival & Exit

Please arrive 10-15 minutes before class so you have enough time to get settled on the mat. Any earlier than this and the teacher will likely still be setting up and the front door may be locked.

If you do need to leave early, please do so mindfully to not disturb other students. The teacher will most likely give you a little nod to acknowledge you are leaving.

Lost property & your Belongings

If you forget your personal belongings as you float out we will keep them safe in our lost property box, just ask next time you come into studio. However, we are not liable for the loss or damage to any of your belongings. Please see t&c’s.

Injuries & Adjustments

If you have a specific injury that you wish to let the teacher know, please tell them before you start to practise. Teachers are not doctors, and will tailor poses to suit your injury however consult your doctor if there is anything you may be concerned of before starting your yoga practise.

Teachers will likely adjust you in poses, move your body into correct positions and maybe give you a little massage. If you do not want this please waiver this at the beginning of class to the teacher.
